Ho molto apprezzato la cordialità e il professionalismo della proprietaria e del suo staff, in particolare Neeraj, persona amabile e collaborativa. Anche Yuvraj, il cuoco del ristorante adiacente, si è mostrato affidabile ed empatico rispetto alle mie "esigenze culinarie".

Proporrei un pick up in stazione in tuc tuc o macchina e un maggiore silenzio notturno nella zona della reception.

Нам понравилось абсолютно всё! С первых часов нашего пребывания хозяин/управляющий окружил нас заботой. Мы приехали в отель гораздо раньше времени заселения, нас заселили без каких либо вопросов. На следующий день был праздник Холи. Хозяин посоветовал как нам лучше распределить свое время, что бы посетить Вриндаван и непосредственно праздник. На праздник он предоставил нам двух сопровождающих, которые отвели нас в главное место празднования Холи. Мы провели там несколько часов и всё это время нас сопровождали представители отеля. После праздника нас угощали традиционными блюдами его замечательные мама и жена. На следующий день он организовал нам машину для поездки в Агру, Фатехпур Сикри и Дели. В общем мы были в шоке от его гостеприимства. Спасибо ему и его семье за это. И да, при гостинице есть отличный ресторан, мы кушали только там.

What I liked: The room itself looked nice and had big floor mats, which were a good touch. The host was really humble and polite – I appreciated that. She was able to adjust the early check-in for me.

What I didn’t like: The room was smaller than I expected. The water in the washroom was very salty – not great for bathing or brushing. There was only one window, and it faced the common gallery. The single layer curtain didn’t fully cover it, so people walking by could easily see inside – not much privacy. Since it’s a homestay, there’s no reception or front desk for help. There was no electricity for more than 6–8 hours. So, no AC or TV during that time. The stairs become super slippery when it rains. There’s no lift, so stairs are the only option. I actually slipped twice and hurt my leg. A family lives on the ground floor, and I had a few uncomfortable run-ins with a guy who seemed quite rude and unfriendly. The shower tap in the washroom was really hard to move – felt like it was stuck. The food was expensive and room rent also felt expensive for what was offered, especially considering the location, surroundings, lack of privacy and other issues
