We had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Town Inn, Mathura. The biggest highlight was the very helpful and courteous staff, especially Yash at the reception. He was extremely helpful, cooperative, and made our stay very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the railway station — around a 15-minute walk — and conveniently located near sharing autos going towards the New Bus Stand, which is a central point for getting connectivity to many major places in Mathura.
The hotel is neat, clean, and spacious. We stayed in a family room with three beds, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. It was fully air-conditioned and had a TV. The room was more than sufficient for a family.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but they can arrange food and serve it in the room, which is quite convenient. Alternatively, you can take a sharing auto to the New Bus Stand for around ₹10 per person, where you will find plenty of food options.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The central location, spacious and clean rooms, easy connectivity, and especially the helpful staff make Hotel Town Inn a great option for anyone visiting Mathura.
I would definitely recommend Hotel Town Inn, especially to families visiting Mathura. 👍

The hotel needs to improve its service significantly. There is no mirror in the room, and at least one chair should be provided for guests' convenience. Cleanliness also needs substantial improvement. The management should address these basic issues to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
