A localização.
O apartamento necessita de alguma manutenção. Os colchões são pouco confortáveis e a varanda não pode ser utilizada pois a vizinha de cima estava constantemente a deitar água pela varanda. E os jardins em frente estavam com os arbustos muito altos que não nos permitia ter as janelas abertas.
