The property was a good size for three people, well appointed with kitchen and longue rooms downstairs.
Just that the bathroom was downstairs, so that if you needed to use it during the night you had to go down!

New building and quiet area. Good aircon. 10 - 15 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. Easy for catching JR train lines.
Not enough towels, only 1 small size towels each. No hand towels or face towels.
Very slow internet WiFi.
No hair conditioner, only shampoo.

説明や写真にはないが、ドライヤーやコテ、ハンガーなどが揃っていたことや、浴室と洗濯機に乾燥機能があったのはとても便利だった。
テレビはあるが地上波の番組が見られず少し残念だったが、設備説明にテレビはなかったので仕方ないと理解している。動画サイトは見られる。
部屋も全体的には綺麗だったが、加湿空調器の中やテーブル･ソファーの下など見えないところに汚れや埃が溜まっていた。ただ掃除道具があるので掃除して利用できる点は良かった。重度アレルギーのため勝手ながら掃除して利用した。
