incredible host that went above and beyond in every way. Immaculate well-appointed house.

This location is right on the cycle route around Shikoku, so as cycle tourists that was great. Then house is really big, ultra clean, with beautiful traditional interiors but lots of modern touches. We appreciated the space heater in the bath/ shower room! The host was very communicative and thoughtful, and there was an onsen hotel was a restaurant just across the road if you don't want to cook yourself. The beds were also very comfortable. Lastly, this place is near the Monet Garden (by bike/ car) which we thought was well worth a visit.

The check in/ out procedure seemed a little over-complicated, but otherwise we have no complaints - this was a lovely stay, and we'd stay again if we were in the area. Thank you very much for a welcome spot to rest on our travels!
