One of the best stays we have had! 😊
The property was very clean and very welcoming. I did have issues a couple times with the lock to the apartment, but the owner was very quick to reply and fixed the issue immediately. We didn’t want to leave it was so nice! 100% we will be renting again from you! Thank you so much!
I wish there would have been a fan there, and maybe a couple chairs for the outside downstairs patio outside the sliding doors. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

Tarnished Shiny Penny!
Close to my aging parents.
A shiny penny! NO hot water in the shower. Floors were mopped but not clean, made for dirty feet. Feeble at best attempt to get the hot water problem resolved and never completed. Communication asked for 5 star review, sadly missed the mark for communication, attention to detail, poor management of property and cleanliness. Asked for a partial refund as nearly 10 day stay and no hot shower water, awaiting reply/action.

All the comforts of home in a well laid out cozy space for 1-2 people.
Very clean and comfortable. Unique sauna like feature in bathroom at flip of a switch. Convenient and SAFE location. In walking distance to local trail that leads down to river walk. Highly recommend to others but wanted to keep this hidden gem a secret until the end of my local work contract as there’s a limited number of units.
HVAC wall unit system leaves air in unit exceptionally dry. Parking area could stand to use parking lines so those with large trucks don’t park 3 feet apart with zero consideration for others in the limited parking area—not the fault of the property, but the various other inconsiderate lodgers. Also, one random spot by tree that looks like a reasonable parking spot is marked as no parking with no reason given. Wish to rent again but unit not available for several weeks-months while on remainder of local work contract.

Refreshing and relaxing
It was clean quiet and peaceful. I loved the floor plan. My husband love the comfortable bed and shower. The free on site laundry was a plus.
