A total dump kitchen had cobweb!!!

The property was dirty and it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. There were no electrical plugs in the bathroom to dry your hair or curl it. The dishes out of the cupboard were dirty a broken glass in the cupboard I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone

With some tlc could be a great place to stay. Suite 1

It was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. Good size TV and plenty furniture. Air conditioning units kept the are nice and cool, even on a warm day.

The floor being unlevel, and holes in the flooring were really off-putting. While I understand its an old building in one of the oldest areas of evansville, it could have been better. Someone that has a walking disability of any kind would have issues walking around in there.

The stay was okay, however it would have been better if the apartment was cleaned and stocked more.

The location and bed was very comfy.

it felt like the place was cleaned only partly. There was stuff left in the fridge and some trash left behind on the bedside table. No toilet paper upon arrival.
