The caravan was very clean and comfortable. It held a lot more than what one could imagine from outside. 3 bedrooms well equiped, two bathrooms (one with shower), equiped kitchen with all required facilities, and living room with entertaiment and selection of books and DVDs. Zeb guided us from booking till check-out and everything went smoothly. We came by public transport and it worked out well. Just need to be careful on the way back to Rye railway station as the bus may be small and too many people leave at the same time.
The beach was outside of the resort and did not seem to offer any facilities.
