About this apartment rental
Our beautiful apartment has just had a very modern make over. (Bedroom 1) with double bed, Bed Side Cabinet, reading lights ,1 door wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer and travel cot. (Bedroom 2) with twin beds, bedside cabinets and reading lights. (Bathroom) tiled with electric shower, toilet and hand basin. (Kitchen) Modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven with grill and ceramic hob, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge/freezer and High Chair. (Dining room) white gloss 6 seater table with 6 chairs. (Decking Area from Kitchen) With Picnic Bench. (Lounge) with two sofas one with a bed, TV, DVD Player , Patio doors leading on to the balcony and 2 chairs and a small table. (Upstairs toilet). Towels and linen are provided, please bring beach towels, property cleaned and linen changed weekly. you also have free Wifi.
If you arrive before 6pm we meet and take you and your luggage over the sandy beach to your apartment, If you arrive after 6pm we leave the key in a key safe out side the apartment.
Sandunes apartments have been graded 4 star by visitEngland. Situated on the sandy beach of Camber, from your first floor windows you can look across the bay of Rye and see the cliffs of Fairlight or some of many fishing boats leaving or returning to Rye harbour.

Exactly what we needed. An apartment right on the beach for a weekend break of sandcastles and dog walks with two small children. It's modern and clean and fits a family of four well. The staff at the cafe/bar are welcoming and kind. We will definitely go back again.

Had a brilliant long weekend at Sandunes 2, lovely flat direct on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Emma was great and thanks so much for sorting the parking permit! Would definitely come again!

We had a fantastic stay on the beach in camber. The rental is above the KitKat cafe which plays music pretty much all day. The car park where you park is about 50 metres trek over sand to the house. Alot of thing didn't work when we were there the blinds on most windows were broken so no shade from the sun. The toilet light blew on our third night and after a messaged landlord got no reply. Lots of bugs so of it's hot you'll have lots of bugs indoors with you when you leave doors and windows open. It was a lovely stay overall for when we were there nice beach and cafes but it gets dark ealry so be prepared.
