The owner is very well prepared, all instructions for self check in is clear and the amenities provided is very helpful. The house is sufficient for 7-8 pax family. The distance to UTM gate is less than 3mins. They even provided arah kiblat + sejadah which is very rare for a non-muslim homestay. Overall, I will repeat to stay here whenever we visit our son at UTM.
The miror is at the back of the door 😅 but its okay, we accept it haha.. The house even has karaoke set, we use it for a while but afraid if we make too much noise, not sure if the house has soundproof or not

highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again on our next visit!It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a kind and attentive host. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
