Das Appartement ist groß und man merkt, dass auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos.
Beim Betreten des Hauses kommt einem sofort ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, was wahrscheinlich dem Allgemeinzustand des Gebäudes geschuldet ist. Auch das Appartement weist einen starken Geruch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch auf. Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft absolut okay, aber man sollte wissen, dass die Umgebung aus in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnblocks besteht.
