Besonders ist das großzügige Grundstück, die Privatsphäre und die außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Man erreicht das Grundstück über eine nicht befestigte Straße, der Ort hat viel ländlichen Charme.
Nutzung insbesondere des angebauten Raumes wäre mit Ventilation/Kühlung besser/möglich gewesen. Nächtliche Fahrten auf den unbefestigten Zuwegen sind nur etwas für Geübte bzw. Geeignete Fahrzeuge. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts.
