CozySuites Glendale by the stadium with pool 21

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and supplied with all the basics. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was great (during 100°+ weather), and the location was terrific, which was walking distance to the stadium. We would recommend staying here. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised and very pleased.

There was a little trouble in providing all my information to check-in. After several phone calls and emails before, I was able to gain check-in information.Most of the communication with the company was easy and responded promptly. However, our garage opener wasn't working. Upon calling customer service, we were directed to the leasing office. The leasing office tried to brush us off and directed us to customer service again. The leasing office changed the battery, and that is all that was needed... thankfully. Also, the company will have some explicit rules posted that can not be followed. For example: 1. Told to wear a band to be able to use the pool. Otherwise, one could be asked to leave, but there were no bands supplied. 2. We need a parking permit on the dashboard to park without being towed. There were no permits supplied. These are very minor issues that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay, just a little annoying.

Great location. Gated entrance to complex. Excellent communication. Full kitchen was great to have.

The cleaning crew used very strong scented products but left the place kinda clean- definitely missed wiping a few areas down. The smell was over powering and the sparkle factor was underwhelming. Nothing a few Clorox wipes couldn’t take care of though.
