I didn’t like the fact that their reception is outside the accommodation, you have to get your access code somewhere else before driving to an accommodation. In the dining area there’s no air conditioner or a fan and it’s very hot. The air con is only in the bedroom. They also had a broken iron board and the iron was not in good condition. The steps😭 i had to take the steps to the upper floor and it’s exhausting when you have to go out often. There’s no lift. The car parking is not covered and it’s a little bit of a distance from the block of the building to the parking and if it’a raining, you will have a problem.

I cannot recommend this stay enough. You can tell so much love has gone into creating this “sweet spot” – the bedroom especially felt like a safe haven of comfort and style after days of being on the go. I missed my flight and had to make last-minute arrangements for the night, so naturally I was stressed. From the moment I booked, Tshepang was not only polite and welcoming despite the late hour, but he went out of his way to make sure I was okay, that I got into the property safely, and most importantly, that I felt mentally calm. Even when I overslept and his cleaner, Nelly, needed to come in, I was never made to feel rushed or uncomfortable. Tshepang phoned to check in and, instead of adding to my panic, simply asked with kindness, “Don’t worry, have you showered? Are you okay?” Those words alone shifted my stress completely. At the same time, Nelly began her work so gracefully and continuously reassured me to take my time while I packed up. Her warmth, patience, and professionalism made such a difference. True hospitality isn’t just about amenities – it’s about how you’re treated as more than a paying guest, but as a fellow human being. Many hosts miss the mark here, but Tshepang and Nelly embody what hospitality really means: a kind welcome, clear and considerate communication, and a genuine pride in ensuring guests feel cared for beyond the basics. This stay reminded me that kindness can make all the difference, and for that I am deeply grateful.

I t was not clean
