Leonard was very friendly, very attentive to our requests and needs. I really like that he was very clear about the fees, house conditions, everything was as described, and the house was fully equipped, very nice for longer stay holiday.

I am very sensitive to car sounds, and occasionally in the morning I did hear some car noisy from the street, but only occasionally in the morning. My husband didn't hear it or mind it, so it was more just me. I believe most people probably won't hear it.

The property is lovely, comfortable and has everything you will need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property - very comfortable beds. Parking. Great location for wandering around Evreux and for train to Paris. Leonard was a fantastic host!

It would have been better if the cleaning tools were hidden away in a cupboard somewhere.

We weren’t going to leave any review but we keep being asked for one so we are going to be honest. The hot water didn’t work! After half a days driving to get to Évreux this was frustrating. Then our host tried very hard to sort it out which was tricky being a bank holiday. . This meant cutting short sightseeing etc. Leonard was lovely but he realised we had been very inconvenienced and said he would organise some sort of reimbursement for all the hassle. We have had no such recompense. Don’t promise something that you don’t do.
