The size.

It was lacking some things in the kitchen like towels, cookie sheets & pot holders. There were very minimal towels for a 3 bedroom house. We bought kitchen towels & cookie sheets which we left in the house. It also smelled like weed from the neighbors.

This worked great for myself, an adult son and a 7 year old grandson. We each had our own room, a washing machine, two baths--made it very easy. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy.

Replace ceiling lights in the downstairs bedroom and provide lamps on the night tables that are bright enough to read. Only thing that I'd really suggest is not to require guests to strip the beds and place towels, linens by the washer and put trash out. I wouldn't mind doing that, but getting up for an early flight and managing a child, luggage, etc. at 5 in the morning--that's a bit much.

Close to downtown. Liked area . Good place to park. Roomy and well decorated.

Did not realize that there were 22 steps to access property. We did not cook, but I do believe it was set up well to cook.

Great location. Very nice facilities. Roomy for three people. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two separate floors was helpful.

Having toiletries in the upstairs bedroom would have been better, but that isn't a major issue.
