Your 1,000 ft² retreat sits on the ground floor of a charming brick building. Unwind on two queen beds, brew coffee at the in-kitchen bar, and stream on a smart TV. Work comfortably at the desk, then refresh in a spotless full kitchen with dishwasher and in-unit washer & dryer.
Guest Access:
Arrive on your schedule using a smart-lock code; we keep a backup key on-site for peace of mind.
The Neighborhood:
Stroll to the famous Soulard Farmers Market and sample neighborhood pubs and eateries. Sports fans can catch a game at Busch Stadium (1.8 km), while the iconic Gateway Arch is only a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Park free on either side of Soulard Street. A short 4-minute walk brings you to bus Route 70, making downtown and the airport easy to reach.
Other Things to Note:
• Two small steps descend to the patio and one up to the porch—handrails and step lights ensure safety. No elevator.
• We observe quiet hours from 22:00–06:00 to keep the neighborhood happy.

Not a great stay. Wouldn't recommend. Place was very basic and not as clean as it could have been. Old food in the fridge and dishes in dishwasher. No blankets or extra bedding available and with only a sheet on the bed. Not as pictured. Loud neighbors above, bright lights in window at night. Washer and dryer listed as available but didn't work. Check in process requires to go through another service and provide them with your lisence and live photo. Lastly, I find it strange that they won't rent to local residents either. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
