Easy access, great gym and common area, comfortable bed and clean apartment

Apartment is very well equipped with everything one needs. Location is Ok, about 15 minutes walk away from city center. Liked the colours in the apartment. Parking was free.
There was a water leak in the building which I was not informed about althought the rental company knew about it. So no water for one night for me... Next challenge was the heating which I could not get higher up than 68 degrees. Apartment building could need some fixing on the fassade. It is a stand alone "highrise" close to a gas station and a club.
