A nice, clean apartment close to the 9th street area which has cool bars and restaurants. The gym on the 13th floor is well stocked and has a great view of the city and mountains. This place fit my needs as a solo traveler in Salt Lake for the weekend.

Simple room for one or two people, I'm not sure if it was user error but the codes given in the instructions didn't work to get in and I had to contact the rental property.

Very clean apartment and convenient location. Host had excellent communication would stay again.

There are hidden fees. Before being able to view the check-in instructions, we had to sign a rental agreement and pay an additional 8 damage waiver. I asked multiple times if this was refundable and the host told me it was. After waiting two weeks I never received a refund. Also, the code provided to enter the building did not work. The place was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable, but overall it was not worth the hassle.
