Very close to the train tracks but you get used to the noise and my son loved seeing the trains, so it’s not that I didn’t like it, just something to bear in mind

£680 was too much to pay for the standard of the caravan and the leak which they knew was in the car
The area was stunning.
The cleanliness!..... The lodge itself was nice - There was a dirty oven -human poo smudges on the radiator, holes in the net curtains, dirty toaster, mold in both showers. All dishes had sticky ikea labels on which had to be scrubbed off before use. Cutlery draw dirty. Insects on all windows. Ceiling fan in shower room all taped up so could not be used. Ceiling light out in main bedroom. Black van parked outside bedroom window both nights (which did not belong to us) There is a leak in the lodge- Which the owners must have known about as they checked the water pressure on checking us in. The boiler kept failing- leaving us without hot water and unable to shower. Maintenance had to keep coming out to sort it - which spoiled my parents holiday. My daughter stayed in a caravan on golden gate which was half the price paid and CLEANER. We found that the just under £700 payment was not worth it, and valuable holiday time lost from the leak in the caravan.
