Far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough to walk. Beach just a couple of blocks away. Great location!
Having a separate apartment upstairs is perfect for the combined family vacation and the screened in porch is spacious and lovely.
The air conditioner downstairs is not up to cooling completely in the summer. The sugar ants in the kitchen and the flies buzzing around were very annoying. Upstairs has mold on the ceiling, a shower that doesn't drain well, there was a wet blanket in the dryer and the rugs were very obviously not vacuumed. Weeds in driveway were knee-high.
