The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The backyard, pool, hot tub, patio, and balcony are private to your group.

Our home sits in Old Town Bay St. Louis, a quaint and vibrant stretch of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Main Street shops, galleries, and restaurants are just a few blocks away on foot, along with the Historic L&N Train Depot and the Alice Moseley Folk Art & Antique Museum. The Bay St. Louis harbor and the beachfront along Beach Boulevard are a short walk or quick drive, and the municipal pier is a favorite spot for sunset views over the bay. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by rideshare, car, bike, or on foot. Our immediate neighborhood is quite walkable, with many shops and eateries a few blocks from the home. Driveway parking is available on site for up to 6 mid size vehicles.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!

The house has a lot of potential but needs a LOT of TLC. The sliding glass door would not lock and it was not installed correctly so we couldn’t wedge anything in the threshold to keep it from opening. We had a 2 and 4 year old and the slider faced very steep stairs that led to the pool so it made us very uncomfortable. The dining chairs are extremely heavy and was on a rug that did not have grip so it would bunch every time a chair was slid in or out. Almost everyone of us slipped on the rug including my 70 year old MIL. The listing states it can support 25 people…was barely enough linens for 7 adults and 3 under 3. No beach/pool towels even though the house has a pool (we washed bath towels twice during our 4 day stay) and the pots, pans, utensils have seen better days. It was not very clean, the kitchen rug was nasty dirty. The grill was disgusting so not able to cook on it. Floor in the master felt like it was about to fall through. Toilet paper and paper towels were subpar…my 3 year old granddaughter couldn’t even adhere to the 3 square rule. There were a total of 6 hangers that we could find in the entire house that says it can sleep 25. Good location but this property needs some serious attention. It is not reflective of the description in the listing.
