The Dunes 603

I loved the whole condo it was very comfortable. My grand children loved the bunk beds. And they was plenty of space for everyone. We also enjoy the pool it is very nice and was never over crowded

The only problem we experienced was that for 2 days the a/c was not cooling the apartment enough to make it comfortable but it finally did it just took a long time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dunes 603 with our family (including two young kids) and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was excellent and spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived, which made settling in with kids so much easier. The sea-facing balcony was a highlight, we spent relaxing mornings and evenings out there enjoying the beautiful views. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Fort Morgan is also only about 5 minutes by car, making the location perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Everything about the property felt comfortable, well-maintained, and family-friendly. Our kids loved it, and we all created some truly memorable moments during our trip. The customer service was also amazing, they responded within minutes every time we contacted them (a couple of times during our stay), which made everything even smoother. We highly recommend The Dunes 603 and would definitely book again on our next visit to Fort Morgan! Thank you to the host for a fantastic stay!

I liked that it was gated.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They really need to update the mattresses and the pillows. It was also a very far walk to the beach. The dryer did not work some of the kitchen appliances like the stove should really be updated. They also need to clean under the fridge and in the laundry room.
