We loved the location and the layout of the property. It was perfect for a family with 3 kids.

The only issues we had was with the washer, it would not drain properly so we were not able to use it. Also, the door handle to the patio needs to be fixed properly. It makes it difficult to open and close the door with missing hardware.

Location, close to beach

Broken balcony door handle, lack of cleanliness in condo, bathroom door hard to open from hall side, light coming in the bedroom all night.

It was comfortable, very nice ocean view.

The handle on the sliding glass door is poorly repaired and was difficult to open and shut due to the handle not being repaired properly. It was put together with a screw and nut and a washer. The screw is bent from people pulling on it.

The location was nice. I liked being in the less touristy area. It had a pretty view even though it wasn’t beach front.

The cleaning left a lot to be desired. There was still panties and bra from previous renter in dryer. Still dishes from previous renter in dishwasher. A necklace from previous renter on tv stand. There were boogers crusted to the wall above top bunk bed and a roach in the cabinet. The master bed is uncomfortable. And I went back and read some reviews after the fact. So they are aware how uncomfortable the bed is. Overall we had a good time. It was a good stay for my small family. The cleanliness had everyone a little weirded out though.
