Sleep was amazing

No 2nd bedroom, floors not leveled, stove not level, pots and pans are very bad, area kinda of shady.

Details are fairly deceiving.

Inside was clean

The house is located in a pretty rough area. The area is getting fixed up but their are several gutted/boarded up homes surrounding the home. Its a split unit and the unit number we were sent didnt match what was on the door so we had to double check we were even at the right home. Parking only allows 1 car picture shows plenty of parking so its deceiving. As far as inside it is fixed up but the shower floor is chipped up pretty bad does have a rubber mat down however. Their where no wash clothes that we could find. The extra blanket was in the dryer still damp. It is cheap however it would be worth the extra money to find a better spot if you want nicer and more accommodating or not have to watch your surroundings at all times. Only writing this for anyone that may not be comfortable in the area and can't change plans last minute.

It was located conveniently near the location we needed to go.

Stained sheets, dirty vents, broken tub, dirty toilet with cedar leavings. And I know we're in winter time but no easy access to front door. Very icy no lightning. We stayed there because although yhe big 10 game was going on, we were there for a dancing workshop weekender. We reached out about the bathroom they responded with "We can have someone go clean",but honestly it should've been done from the start. Mind you this was before we saw stains on bedding! Again.... we stayed because there was no other availability anywhere else. But never again ...

The free coffee.

It was extremely noisy. Extremely. The property appeared to be in the Hispanic ghetto. There was a sign that read “All Trespassers Will Be Shot” that I didn’t realize was posted until after my stay which means I was in danger of getting shot on my first day for simply following instructions, being go to the property to sign paperwork, however upon my arrival I got a phone call 10 minutes later from the owner stating that he was about to call the police on me for being there because he didn’t know who I was. I called the owner 3 times to see how to set up the WiFi and utilize the tv remotes, turns out they were broken and apparently there was no WiFi. A house is literally being remodeled next door so I got no sleep at all. The bathroom space is so small that a toddler could barely fit in there and I never had to take my own trash out after a hotel stay. And the pillows were hard as bricks. If they were to fix these issues the rating would be a 6.5 out of 10 simply because it is in the Hispanic ghetto and loud as all out doors. Other than that it would be a good stay for sure.

Well, to make a really long list short it was in the ghetto. The front gates were falling apart. The wood was being falling apart, and if you open the one gate, the door will definitely fall off. It was definitely in the ghetto. The place was not clean definitely don’t feel safe there and it’s not very cozy as it claims and very expensive for being in a bad area
