Great location, good views.
Patio furniture is old and rusty, bed is too small, carpet needs changing as it's threadbare and dirty, which creates a fusty smell and mould on silicon in shower needs cleaning or new silicon. Could be a lovely place with minimal updates.

Excellent base for exploring the area, very quiet and with stunning views across the tidal estuary. Only yards from the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railway, whose trains can be seen from the accommodation, but apart from the occasional train whistle, there is no disturbance.
The 29 steps up to the entrance could be tricky for anyone infirm, but otherwise - nothing!

The views were amazing. The flowers , milk and welsh cakes on arrival were a nice touch.
Needs better seating and table on balcony as they were loungers that were rusty and table rusty with broken slats on the top. Carpet was partly thread bare, bed very uncomfortable, sofa seating on one side had gone. The block of flats look run down and like a council estate. Hard to find our flat. The shower was scruffy. The decking on balcony needs staining.
