The apartment was in a good area and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go as we had a car. The unit is modern and very clean. It is very well used and does need some things to be replaced and fixed to make it an excellent unit. This being some painting and replacing the carpets in the rooms. This shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here. It's a very nice place and location. The kitchen had all the basics you needed in it. Everything worked well. The fridge included. Lots of storage space. Maybe remove the half-torn sticker off the overhead cupboard and put a lock on the door to stop guests opening it. The sticker looks shabby. The park across the street is excellent and the apartment is right next to Melbourne Zoo. You can walk there.

1. You need to get rid of the two cheap sofa chair things you describe as couches or chairs in the lounge. A nice small inexpensive corner couch would fit perfectly. The chair things you have there are uncomfortable and we had to sit in our beds. 2. In the ensuite shower, remove the broken shelf and silicone the holes in the tiles and buy a suction-on hanging basket and suction it on to the tiles in a higher position out of the way. No drilling required. 3. Let people know that the bedrooms are not airconditioned and that the lounge is the only airconditioned room in the apartment. We had to leave doors open to keep the entire apartment cool from the heat. 4. Maybe get the cleaners to wash the dirt and coffee stains off the tiles on the balcony so it can be used. 5. The silly video you have made about the car park entrance is too fast to watch and unclear. Maybe some photos and written instructions on where to park. The parking spot was fantastic once we found it. 6. Let people know that they will need to visit the local IGA store with a code to get the keys. We had a car and was ok for us to do that. If you're in a Uber or Taxi, it is an extra cost. It is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride.

The location was nice.

The apartment wasn't completely clean upon arrival. There were stains on the rug and walls. The balcony was not cleaned at all. The two chairs in the living area were extremely uncomfortable. They felt like chairs in a waiting room. It wasn't very conducive to relaxing at all.
