Close to the city.

Location was conveniently close to city. Great that the apartment had access to gym and pool - however it is a common space between multiple apartments so remember that the facilities may be busy. Enjoyed that the apartment was within close distance to trams and in the Lime/Neuron scooter and bike area. Apartment was spacious considering, great the kitchen, dining and living area are open so it doesn't feel small. Bathroom is nice and like that there is also a washing machine.
Good location, however a reminder that it is next to the freeway and so there are rarely times that the roads are not loud during sleeping hours. Apartment wasn't exceptionally clean - seemed to need a vacuum and wipe down of dining table. The biggest issue I had and it ended up being a our biggest nuisance was the door - it was challenging to open and close without slamming it and being noisy with the neighbours. There's a few other maintenance issues throughout the house; looks like the apartment needs a little TLC.
