Nice quite street, easy car parking, access to 402 bus route. House was comfortable for a couple. Nice westerly back courtyard for evening drinks. Handy washing machine snd dryer
Was a little bit cold at first until we figured out that leaving the two heaters on warmed the plave up. No dining table ( just a couple of side tables near the couch), so not suitable for a family.
