Melbourne Guest House with Parking and Courtyard

The house is in an excellent location. Very quiet street and neighbourhood. Supermarket only a 3-4 minute walk and public transport (tram into city) a 10 min walk. This terrace house was wonderful. The 2 bedrooms were very large and beds comfortable, with good sized wardrobes. House was surprisingly light. A cosy lounge with good sized bathroom/laundry and kitchen. Courtyard outside was a great way to get some fresh air. Overall, could not fault our stay. A special mention to Anu who helped us with our code issues for the lock on the door. He was attentive and very quick to respond. He definitly made our stay.

Due to some mobility issues, the 2 steps down into the lounge were sometimes a challenge, but definitely NOT a negtive for the property. Some tea towels would have been handy.

The location was excellent for our needs. The bedrooms were big and beds very comfortable. The property owner was excellent and helped us during our stay!

Nice quite street, easy car parking, access to 402 bus route. House was comfortable for a couple. Nice westerly back courtyard for evening drinks. Handy washing machine snd dryer

Was a little bit cold at first until we figured out that leaving the two heaters on warmed the plave up. No dining table ( just a couple of side tables near the couch), so not suitable for a family.
