Step in this 37 foot fifth wheel and you will see an L-shaped kitchen with a large sink and cabinets above and below on one leg of the L. You will also see a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator as well as lots of cabinet space and drawers above and below the kitchen counter To the left of the refrigerator, you will see a large closet pantry and then an entertainment center with TV and stereo. There are cabinets above the stereo and a lovely fireplace below. To the left of the entertainment center, you will see the entry door to the private bunkhouse. Entering the bunkhouse, you will see a jackknife couch along the right side of the room with a drop-down bunk above it. On the left side of the room, you’ll see an entertainment center with another bunk above the entertainment center. There is a window along the back wall between the beds and each bed has its own window as well as lighting and outlets to keep your portable devices charged. At the opposite end of the room, you will see the entry door to the second bathroom complete with a toilet and a sink with cabinetry above and below the sink. Exiting the bunkhouse along the entry side wall of the RV you will see a couple theater seats directly across from the entertainment center, and a dinette that converts to a bed. There are windows behind the theater seat, seats, and dinette along with additional lighting directly above them. Moving beyond the entry door towards the front of the RV, he will go upstairs and see a large bathroom on the left side with a good size shower, toilet, and a sink with cabinetry above and below the sink. At the front of the fifth wheel, you will see the entry door to the master bedroom. Inside you will see a walk around queen bed with closets on each side of the bed and cabinets above the head of the bed. To the left of the bed is a extra large closet that extends on a slide and on the wall at the foot of the bed, there are additional drawers for more storage. Additional storage is also accessible under the base of the bed. Outside, you will see a large power awning along with external speakers and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen features a nice refrigerator as well as a sink and an outdoor griddle. In addition, there is a lot of storage space underneath in the cargo bays of the fifth wheel. Two night rentals are allowed, but there is a 20% surcharge on the nightly rental rate. One night rentals are also allowed, but you must pay for a minimum of two nights +20% surcharge on the nightly rental rate.
