Well located, near the beach but with no sight on sea

Very poor hospitality nice location but the view was the car park

Location

Eventually met by an unfriendly lady who demanded a 150 euro deposit for a 2 night stay. She was more like a prison warden than a host, not a good start. Lots of form signing before she left us. She gave us no information regarding the internet or parking. There was a folder there that suggested astronomical fees for parking in Wimereux. Noisy children next door, and very thin walls, the balcony looks over a car park. Slept in a squeaky spring sofa bed - not very comfortable. We had to arrange a definite time for our departure to see Mrs Grumpy again to get our deposit back. The apartment was clean but furnished with cheap plastic furniture. I will stay in a hotel on my next visit where I might experience some hospitality rather than feeling like a criminal

Séjour agréable, dans un studio bien aménagé et très chaleureux à deux pas de la mer.

L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien isolé. L'aménagement est pensé de façon paratico-pratique tout en étant très agréable visuellement, ce qui permet de passer du temps dans une ambiance détendue. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Il faudrait peut-être penser à réparer les portes de la douche, qui ont surement fini, avec le temps ,par ne plus être étanches. Cependant, cela n’était pas spécialement dérangeant. Il faut également penser à bien aérer la salle de bain et à fermer cette dernière afin de ne pas avoir les odeurs des canalisations. Cependant, c'est l'inconfort de tous les bâtiments de ce type et cela n'a pas gâché mon séjour dans cet appartement très accueillant.

- La ponctualité de la personne de la Conciergerie Wimereusienne - L'emplacement que je connaissais déjà - le parking, bien pratique vu l'affluence

- L'état du canapé-lit complètement défoncé, sans parler des grincements. Impossible d'y dormir correctement - Les ustensiles de cuisine très sales (poële, passoire, couverts) - un support de papier-toilettes complètement rouillé - une brosse pour les toilettes indigne de ce nom

Emplacement au TOP

L'emplacement est super top à 1 pas de la plage de la jetée et de ses bars restaurants. L'appartement est bien agencé et bien équipé.

L'accueil assez froid dès notre arrivée de l'hôtesse. Le fait de ne pas avoir accès au parking sécurisé avec barrière alors que c'était stipulé dans l'annonce resulat voiture endommagé dès la 1ere nuit vraisemblablement une trotinette ou vélo. Tout ça pour ne pas donner un badge à chaque loueur pour moi le gros point noir. Et même si nous avons eu une place sur l'avant avec arceau. Il manque une petite tablette dans la douche pour poser ses produits et la vitre qui ne ferme pas correctement du coup de l'eau partout. La porte dans le placard donnant chez le voisin pas top très mal à l'aise avec ça.

Séjour très agréable

La situation du logement est idéale, à 2 pas de la digue et à 3-4 minutes à pied de la rue commerçante (ou l'on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut). Le logement est très fonctionnel (très bien équipé) idéal pour un séjour seul ou en couple. La propreté était parfaite et la décoration du studio était moderne. Le parking gratuit est un très gros atout également. La petite ville est également très agréable, nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Le seul petit bémol est le confort du canapé-lit (creux au centre)

Das Apartment war direkt am Meer, hat eigene Parkplätze und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Klein, aber mit allem was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
