The location is excellent—situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to easily access major tourist sights, public transport, and shopping areas.The entire property is spotless and beautifully designed with a modern touch. Housekeeping did a perfect job maintaining our room every day. A special thank you goes to the outstanding room service team for their lightning-fast responses and friendly attitude. This place offers incredible value for money, and the hospitality is simply unbelievable.

The room could be cleaner if I am honest.

The location is in a nice and lively neighborhood.

As we walked to our room the hallway smelled of cigarettes, and later in the night the inhabitants of a room two doors down were playing extremely loud music, laughing, and one could clearly hear a woman yelling periodically. This went on for over half an hour around midnight, after which we went to the reception to ask the employees to take control of the situation. Over the next hour it took two more complaints from us before the situation was resolved. After that the staff apologized for the inconvenience and that was all. Also, it was not explicitly mentioned that the standard rooms don’t have windows.
