Not at all clean and no service you can get except water that too 10 rs extra on each bottle each time

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay was decent, which is why I booked it again. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely unacceptable. The biggest problem was the bathroom. The toilet flush and shower were not working properly, making the room extremely inconvenient to use. When I reported it, the staff told me that this issue exists in multiple rooms. A hotel charging guests should not have such basic facilities out of order. The cleanliness was terrible. The bed sheets and blanket had multiple stains and a lot of hair, making it look like they had not been changed properly before my check-in. The room hygiene was far below even basic standards. The towels were old, worn out, and did not feel clean. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were polite. However, polite staff cannot make up for poor maintenance, poor housekeeping, and unhygienic rooms. The management seriously needs to improve the condition of this property. My advice to future guests: Before accepting your room, check everything carefully: Whether the toilet flush works. Whether the shower works. Whether the bed sheets and blankets are clean. Whether the towels are clean and in good condition. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. It was a huge disappointment compared to my first stay, and I won't be staying here again.

Best hotel and nice staff

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to several issues with the room and overall service. The room was not properly maintained, and cleanliness standards were below expectations. I also faced inconvenience because of – poor housekeeping/noisy environment/AC not working/delayed service/etc.]. This made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a better experience from your hotel and hope you will look into these matters seriously to improve service quality for future guests.
