The property is located above a cafe, easy to get morning or afternoon coffees. There is a convience store just next door so top ups are easy to come by. There are also local food stores nearby which is a bonus. The friendly owner came to help with luggages during both check-in and check-out which is appreciated, he also responds to messages very quickly. The room is spacious and overall comfortable.

Good location, spacious property that is comfortable. Has a good shower, good balcony, host was very nice friendly and attentive I would 100% stay here again. We were also able to check out late for a fee which was helpful as we had a very late flight!
It would be a 10/10 if there were curtains which blocked the light out better as it can be bright in mornings. But I would still definitely stay here again!

Host was very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and clean. Liked the balcony and central location. Loved being above the coffee shop. Drank lots of coffee! Walked to local markets and had amazing pho and bean curd pudding. A little noisy at night but all added to our exciting adventure.
Was a bit light at night but fine really
