Cuando llegamos el departamento estaba sucio. Tuvimos que avisar para que vallan hacer aseo. Eso fue muy chocante. Llegamos a la hora de del check in, uno espera que este limpio el alojamiento.

The staff was extremely communicative and helpful. The location was a bit removed from the madness of the centre and located in a narrow street - not particularly soundproof to what's happening outside but at least it was relatively quiet. It is located more or less within a half hour of many landmarks but using Grab App its quite easy and affordable to get around, so don't be put off by being a bit far from the centre, it is a good thing because it gets loud.
The place looked like it has seen better days both with respect to condition and cleanliness. I don't mean to say it was filthy, it was not the case, but could have used a bit morw housekeeping.
