Gitano Surf Ahangama Beachfront

Phenomenal Experience. Location is perfect - Right on the Beach with Amazing Cafe and Restaurants near the property. Can’t get any better than this ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

It was all Perfect !

No better location possible. To me this is the exact meaning of ‘beachfront’. Comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. Also approachable host that would answer all of my messages quickly 🙂

10 van de 10 Locatie was prachtig, de kamers waren mooi en schoon. Strand voor de deur, restaurants in de buurt. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, contact met Emma verliep erg fijn. We vonden het zo'n fijne plek dat we deze reis nog terug komen.

The view, it was amazing. Well located within ahangama. The deck above the beach is great, gives you some privacy while being able to dip in and out of the water.

We had some issues with our bathroom throughout the stay which they tried to fix (after we had complained a few times). The toilet did manage to be fixed, but the shower didn’t drain at all so smelt awful. They organised some laundry for us, and it came back damp and smelt horrific because of this. Asked to book with the in house masseuse. Was told they would check availability, then just stopped responding to messages. There isn’t a filtered water station to refill your own bottles, so you have to keep asking for water (and that’s if they reply). The staff on site have limited English (which is fine) are lovely, but the property is managed remotely and that is clearly an issue.
