Location was excellent. the rooms were big and spacious and heating for an old villa worked well for us. We were a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children under 5) and we found it easy to navigate for all of us and we all LOVED the decor!
The only issue we had was it wasn't level from the lounge/dining area to the kitchen so was a bit of a trip hazard if you weren't watching! There was a small step down into the kitchen but with these old villa's can be expected but it was an issue when the 93 year old visitor nearly did a header down and then up again! BUT the second time she navigated both she was fine!!
