I loved the layout of the place and how cozy it was. Very close to town, so I was able to do my morning walk and get a coffee. Fell in love with the bathroom, love how the owners have utilised the place. Was able to enjoy the sun in the backyard on sitting down at the beautiful tables and chairs. Really enjoyed my stay here. Washing machine was a bonus.
The only down fall for me was we ran out of hot water the night we got there. Owners were very nice and came the next morning to replace gas bottles. There were no condiments aswell but it wasn’t too big of a deal as it was only a weekend stay and we were able to try news foods anyways.

The location was very handy to walk to a nearby restaurant and the local Foursquare. The Fousquare was amazing, with everything you could possibly want. It was also very close to the CBD, only 5-minutes drive. The accommodation had a great bathroom with plenty of fresh and clean linen.
The owners are renovating the space, and there is still more work to be done.

Gorgeous old villa, light with high ceilings, luxury bathroom, comfortable beds, large rooms. Also a handy location for city, wharf eateries and Wainui beach.
