The location was perfect for us - a few minutes off the highway but still very accessible. The night sky was dark and made for excellent stargazing.
The classic wood stove was a nice touch and kept us warm. The neatly-stacked wood was bone dry and lots of fire starting materials were provided. Electric heat covered us when we didn't want to tend to a fire.
Host was very responsive and helpful.
Wifi was good and Bose speaker sounded great.
Lots of space and very private!
Nearby "Corner Store" (10 mins) had good, affordable breakfast.
The well water wasn't great for drinking, but we just picked up some bottled water for our stay. No problems there.
