Lovely bottle of prosecco left for us on arrival!, dining table set out lovely! Very clean and comfy! Nice place, area was good. We loved hearing the local owl at night!

Because the place is slightly remote, the WiFi signal was terrible. The projector tv only worked sometimes not good for the teenagers but I didn't mind.

Mattress in one of the bedrooms a bit lumpy and some of tfe pillows not great but didn’t detract from what is a great property

To be honest we absolutely loved everything, our son was obsessed with the projector!

There wasn't anything.

Very clean & comfortable. Lots of nice welcoming touches & very peaceful location. Everything nicely laid out ready for arrival. It was nice to be given the choice of 2 singles or another king size bed in the second room, and this was all made up as requested on our arrival. Property is located in a very quiet spot, but is only about a 10 min drive into Hastings so nicely placed.

Although not anything that can be changed, just more of a word of caution, the road leading to the property is a narrow country lane, approx 2 miles from the main road. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again, just a cautionary note for anyone, as driving down here late at night is a bit ropey as the road also has a few potholes. Nothing to take away from the property, or the hosts as these were more than acceptable, just something to mention.
