Good location, very attentive and communicative host, nice to have a washing machine, roof top is also nice

Some furniture and facilities in the apartment are a bit old and should be replaced

- Easy self Check in, good instructions - Separate bedrooms plus common room - Kitchen included everything thats needed - Complimentary water and local sweets - Great location, close to port, centre, bus stop.. - The manager, Daniele, very nice, communicative and helpful

Unfortunately, the place had several shorcommings: - There were bad odours, and an airfreshener trying to cover the smell. It smelled a bit like a damp basement. Humid. Also cupboards has a smell. - The bathroom didnt smell good either, smelled of urine, like it was not cleaned properly. - We relied on the washing machine, but it was dorty so we ended up not using it. - Noise from the street and from neighbours - something to consider if you are a light sleeper. - Stair quite steep and potentially dangerous, not ideal for little kids (but this was expected). - It was quite cold. In the summer its probably great, but we had not so warm weather, and the place got quite cold too.

Casa piccola ma ben organizzata, pulita, letti comodi. Proprietario veramente gentile, è intervenuto tempestivamente x ogni necessità. La zona è molto centrale, vicina al porto e alle 3 vie principali di trapani. Consiglio!

Se devo trovare un difetto, è solo strano che la finestra del bagno dia sulle scale. Per il resto niente...
