Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselvergabe verlief problemlos. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Man kann Hafen, Strand und Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Möbel waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es roch muffig. Das Treppenhaus war schmal und steil.
