Inviting Stay Close to Rockingham and Palm Beach - Hosted by Canstay

The location was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. The unit was modern and clean and the shower was great - pressure and temperature. There was everything you needed and I think the only thing I looked for was a power point / extension cord for outside so that I could work at the table.

Upon arrival the cleaner was late. I was supposed to arrive at 4pm and did get there at 3.23pm, but the cleaner didn't arrive until 3.40pm and cleaned until approximately 4.30pm. He was very apologetic and said he was stuck in traffic. I just worked from the outside table whilst he cleaned and then when he needed to clean outside I moved inside. I think parking needs to be reiterated as when I got back from my meeting on the Thursday night my parking spot had been taken. I did note that the young couple in Unit 4 had taken both Unit 3 and Unit 4's spot. The man in Unit 1 was also using his 'clicker' to open and close the main vehicle gate and it became frustrating when I was getting out the car to put in the code I was advised on the pin pad and he interfered, causing the gate to stop mid opening! I appreciate he was trying to be helpful but wasn't! The only other challenge was I think a family stayed on the Thursday night and they were very loud (voices and crashing and bashing about the place) from approximately 5.30am. I appreciate this is not your issue but not sure the property is for families.
