The apartment was clean. Bed was very comfortable but would suggest bringing your own pillows. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet and very comfortable.
Kitchen floor sticky. When it rained water came in under back door.

The size of the room is perfect and good location.
The soundproofing of the house isn't too good. Can hear other if they are too loud.

Good layout of the property and as described in the photos. The property was clean and modern, in an art deco style renovated building. The property was pleasant to stay in and easy to use. IGA is across the road, restaurant strip is close and 2 blocks to the ocean.
