It had a really clean appearance. No grime or hair floating about. Also it had a home feel with pot plants, books and some personal touches. Some dry goods and spices in the kitchen. Lovely light and sunny space
Key drop off. The sign in process was not an easy flow, but cumbersome and strange. Staircase carpet is a bit past it's best and doesn't match the clean interior. The bathroom sink plug was not functional any more water could not drain properly.

Great place, clean, and bright. Collecting keys from the local supermarket was easier than I thought. People behind the counter were familiar with the process, and even provided a suggestion for dinner on the evening of arrival. Had a fun time in Melbourne and this accommodation made for a comfortable stay.
Nothing I didn't like, although Internet access would have been nice. Not a huge issue, and totally understandable since providing internet access is a challenge for short term stays.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchenette. Compact studio but good for short stay. Well located and good access to tram. Old apartment complex with 2 flights stair access to studio.
The check in process was difficult. Took over 2 hours . The Owner required images of ID sent on a server outside of Booking.com and platform did not work. Then required this sent to private email. Not secure and not ideal and very frustrating process.
