The loft is a fascinating, artsy, comfortable space with interesting art, lots of space, and great design. The location was also convenient in a trendy neighborhood.
We had several problems with the apartment. The Wi-Fi was very spotty, the apartment was not very clean, Water did not drain from the tub, and lots of other inconveniences. We reported these to management, and they responded. However, they didn’t do anything to address the issues. They also asked us to do tasks around the house when they hadn’t addressed our basic request. 5 star potential, 3 star execution.
