The location was perfect. The cul-del-sac was a quiet tree lined nice street (there was a house fire a couple houses from us on Friday night) but we didn’t hear anything. We have 2 sons, one from Denair & one from Turlock so area was perfect. Had groceries delivered from the local Walmart which worked well for us.
We did have problems with the internet system. Had to go outside many times to use cell phones. All the lighting instructions & tv usage was very confusing, but luckily we have our kids who figured it out for us (we are senior citizens & not very tech suave) ☹️. We wished the fan in the living room had been working, but we live in the Palm Springs area so heat is something we know about.

We took our own food to cook breakfast and it was nice that the property had everything we needed to cook at home. Stores were only 6 minutes away. The property was clean and our host was so easy to reach with any questions as well as very friendly. The property was also dog friendly and fenced. Definitely recommend and will use in the future if we travel to Turlock.
Everything was great nothing negative to say.

The property was beautiful, clean, safe and comfortable. The property manager Annette treated myself and my family with kindness since we had to book last minute due to another property that canceled our stay. Annette eased our mind and provided us with a great house that fit our group of 4 and 2 pups perfectly. The price was so fair it was unbelievable. Don’t look any further, this is your sign to book it! We will see you soon Annette!
