About this house rental
The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
The space:
The Heart of the Valley is a single story home updated and modernized for the convenience and comfort of today. This includes things you can't even see, like a tankless water heater system and others you can't miss, like the state of the art smart appliances. You can enjoy a movie night (popcorn complimentary) on the large sectional with all of your friends and family or a head to the beautiful backyard for a sizzling BBQ on the Webber grill (charcoal included). This house has so many updates and awesome features to list. You are just going to have to see them for yourself. Looking forward to hosting you! :)

Guest have access to the entire home except for the kitchen pantry and laundry closet used for storage. My goal is for you to feel like this is your home away from home.

What an amazing place for our trip to the Central Valley. The house has everything you need. We were all comfortable (including our small dog). Spacious. Clean. Great location. And a really nice and communicative host! Fabulous experience. We will be back; thank you!

This property was in a nice location within walking distance to the park, a duck pond, and an enclosed playground. All rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The property was pet-friendly with a small backyard. The check-in process, access to property and check-out process was simple. Communication with the property manager was exceptional.
