The location is really good. Shower was nice and apartment had a nice view of a back garden.
I had the impression I had reserved a room with a separate bedroom but for my surprise the space was actually very small with a single living/bedroom and kitchen all together and a separate bathroom.
The bed available was comfortable, but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and extremely dirty.
There were not enough cups and mugs and other kitchen items were also missing.

Limpeza, arrumação, decoração, geladeira, tv, microondas, tudo funcionando e novo. Gostei bastante.
O colchão não é padrão conforto Hotel 3*, muito duro e desconfortável. Faltou ter cortina com backout e ducha higiênica. Os horários de Check in às 11:00 e Check out às 15:00 subtraem 4 horas dos hóspedes. Nos hotéis são 12:00 e 14:00 respectivamente.

Gostei do atendimento. do sr. Roberto e uma moça que estava no plantão no dia que entrei.
O que nao gostei: nao poder visitar nossa filha no 2° andar e *vice versa* . Sendo que viemos para o casamento dela, sem pessoas conhecidas na cidade. Sem que houvesse um esclarecimento no ato so contrato sobre a proibição de poder visita la apesar de estar no mesmo prédio.
