O Prédio fica absurdamente bem localizado. A unidade em si que fiquei, é boa, tem tudo lá dentro, pra quem quer passar longos períodos é até interessante. A viagem foi excepcional então levarei boas memórias. A equipe de contato é ótima, respondem tudo e se dispõem a resolver entraves a depender da solicitação.

Foi a primeira vez que tive contato com uma unidade que cobra caução além do pagamento aqui pelo Booking. Aceitável, mas deveria informar no anúncio. O horário de entrada é às 16h00, muito tarde e atípico pros padrões comerciais. Com tudo isso, pensei se tratar de um padrão de qualidade acima da média, inclusive não flexibilizaram ingressar antes, mas me surpreendi negativamente. O quarto estava bem gasto, mal cuidado, e a limpeza havia sido feito de forma bem mínima. No banheiro havia sujeira ao redor do armário, produto de limpeza, o lixeiro ficou sem tampa, maçaneta da porta não funcionando. O quarto em si é confortável. Faço o registro como ponto de melhora, pois acredito que o posicionamento e forma como a instituição atualmente se coloca, pressupõe um padrão que ainda está longe de ser aplicado.

The apartment was not clean, and during our one-week stay, the bed linens and bath towels were never replaced. The towels would not dry properly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the sinks, and São Paulo was experiencing very cold weather during our visit. The apartment provided only a thin blanket, so we had to keep the air conditioner running constantly for heating, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. In addition, the listing advertised a washing machine, but there was none in the apartment. The TV also had no access to basic local channels. Overall, the apartment did not match the description provided in the advertisement, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay disappointing.
