O local tem uma ótima estrutura,otima localização, tem várias opções de restaurantes, ruas bem movimentadas. Quarto muito bonito, exatamente igual as fotos.
Tive problema durante o check in, era pra ser 14 horas e entrei 15:30. Só fui ter mais informações sobre o quarto e as senhas, quando eu estava parado em frente ao hotel. Demoraram muito para colocar nossa reserva no sistema. Os funcionários não são nenhum pouco atenciosos e solicitos, não te explicam nada, e falam q qualquer duvida é pra mandar mensagem pra acomodação. Outro ponto importante: qualquer mensagem que eu mandava pra acomodação era uma demora pra responder, sem contar que o ferro de passar roupa estava quebrado no nosso quarto,pedimos pra trocar e não tivemos retorno algum. Resumo: a estrutura do hotel e o custo benefício é ótimo mas vc tem q ir preparado para ter dor de cabeça
